You will play a key role in: M&A Transactions: Managing domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals. Private Equity: Advising on investments, buyouts, and portfolio company matters. Strategic Advisory: Providing corporate governance and commercial support to blue-chip clients. About You: Approximately 2–4 years PQE with a strong background in corporate law.
