You will manage a varied caseload for local authority shareholder and not-for-profit clients, where your work is valued and makes a real local impact.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including Right to Buy and Shared Ownership leases.
- Support on more complex commercial property transactions.
- Manage a small team and supervise paralegals, supporting their development.

- Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, ideally including Right to Buy and Shared Ownership leases.
- Passionate about mentoring, teaching, and sharing knowledge.
- Proactive, client-focused, and thrives in a varied and challenging caseload.
