Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join their established and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to handle a high-quality caseload, contribute to department growth, and play an active role in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a varied caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters
2. Deliver clear and compassionate legal advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals
3. Draft complex legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
4. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
5. Provide support and supervision to junior team members, where appropriate
6. Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to the department’s continued success

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law
2. Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently
3. STEP qualification or working toward it is advantageous but not essential
4. Excellent communication and client care skills, with a sensitive and professional approach
5. A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to contribute to the department’s growth
6. Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable
