About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior HR Manager to lead our people operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a professional who prioritises execution and operational excellence within a fast-paced agency environment.
While overseeing a team, you will remain deeply involved in daily HR delivery, building the processes required to maintain organisational momentum and addressing evolving operational needs. You will lead by example personally managing complex employee relations, compliance, and recruitment to ensure all people operations are executed with precision. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to deliver on departmental objectives and resolve real-time personnel requirements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the business.
- Implementation: Execute structural changes and manage the full administrative lifecycle of organisational transitions.
- Employee Relations: Act as the lead practitioner for complex ER matters, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of performance review cycles and manage formal improvement plans (PIPs).
- Global Coordination: Partner with international stakeholders to ensure regional HR workflows remain compliant and consistent.
- Data Integrity: Maintain HRIS standards to ensure data accuracy and provide detailed reporting for executive review.
Key Requirements
- Proven Experience: Extensive background as a Senior HR Manager or Senior HRBP within a fast-paced agency or commercial setting.
- Execution Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initial concept through to practical, final completion.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law, experience of global law, and the ability to apply HR best practices to daily operations.
- Operational Mentality: Experience in team management alongside a willingness to engage directly with casework and administrative tasks.
