The Role You’ll deliver engaging training, provide in-store coaching, and partner with retail leaders to drive performance, capability, and customer experience across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities Deliver training to build product knowledge, service, and sales capability Provide in-store coaching to improve team performance Partner with Store and Area Managers on development needs Support learning programme design and rollout About You L&D experience, ideally within a retail or sales environment Strong facilitator and coach with a commercial mindset Experience designing and delivering training solutions Confident communicator with strong organisational skills This is a great opportunity for an L&D professional who enjoys working closely with frontline teams in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
