Strategic HR Partner – TUPE, OD & Workforce Planning

HRLife Ltd is seeking a pro-active People Partner to join their dynamic People team for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a broad scope, engaging in various HR aspects including TUPE, OD, and workforce planning while supporting the strategic growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a generalist HR background, able to manage challenges such as onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee relations. The position allows for remote work with the need for occasional travel to locations like Birmingham and London.
