Senior Social Media Executive – Smile White

Are you the kind of person who’s always first to jump on the latest TikTok trend? Do you scroll Instagram and think “I could totally make that – but better”? We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Executive to bring energy, creativity, and a strong sense of style to Smile White’s organic channels.
You’ll be the go‑to for content creation, working closely with our Head of Paid to shape a brand that genuinely gets social. From shooting behind‑the‑scenes content to chatting confidently on camera, you’ll be our eyes, ears, and voice across all things Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating scroll‑stopping Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other organic social content
- Managing our social media calendar and day‑to‑day posting
- Writing fun, on‑brand captions that speak our audience’s language
- Spotting trends early and jumping on them with content that feels native and relevant
- Working closely with our Head of Paid and wider marketing team to align on tone, messaging, and campaign goals
- Developing and evolving our social media strategy, with best practices baked in
- Building narratives that feel real, relatable, and totally Smile White
Who You Are:
- You love social media and know exactly what makes content perform
- You’re confident filming and speaking to camera (think: Beauty, Fashion Vids)
- You’re comfortable using your phone and editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express
- You’re plugged into TikTok/Instagram trends and can turn them into polished, branded moments
- You can plan and execute a content idea from storyboard to screen
- You’re organized, creative, and keen to take full ownership of content creation
- You’ve ideally worked in a content or social role for 1–2 years (but if you’re a self‑starter with a killer portfolio – we want to see it!)

- You’ve built a following (personally or for a brand)
- You’ve worked with beauty, wellness, or DTC brands
