Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact projects, acting as a technical thought leader and subject‑matter expert in both classic and generative machine learning.
• Explore structured and unstructured data across client, operational, and financial domains to identify data‑science opportunities that add business value.
• Build next‑generation AI‑driven data products such as recommendation systems, chatbots, text‑analytics, pricing and hedging optimisation, and automated insight‑generation systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, risk, customer service, and quants to translate business problems into data‑science solutions.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Innovative thinker who actively proposes and refines ideas and solutions.
• Experience implementing machine‑learning models in production on in‑house or third‑party data‑science platforms.
• Background in building machine‑learning models, with advantageous experience in natural‑language processing, time‑series prediction, neural networks, and recommendation systems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong ability to generate insights from complex data sources.
