Direct Free Trade Telesales Specialist – Brewery

Castle Rock Brewery is seeking a Direct Free Trade Telesales Executive to join their sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for direct free trade customers, assisting with order capture and ensuring excellent service through phone and digital communication.

You will manage daily activities in the CRM system, coordinate with delivery teams, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing. The position comes with a competitive salary of £30,000 plus performance-related bonuses and various employee benefits.
