Global Events Workforce Lead

World Rugby is looking for a Workforce Manager to oversee central planning for Tournament Time Workforces. This role includes managing workforce standards, supporting HR services, and coordinating travel and accommodation for staff during events.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in event workforce management, excellent planning skills, and can work collaboratively. The position offers a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two flexible days.
