We are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Sous Chef to work with us at wonderful B&I site that has recently been refurbished with a brand new retail and hospitality suite.
About the site: This B&I site provides lunch for 400-500 people every day. We provide hospitality events weekly and are looking to grow these on site.
Location: EC2V 5DDRate of pay: 43,427.88 per annumWorking pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week – 7am to 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are picture perfect every time
To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
order necessary ingredients
