The role
We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our Asset Compliance team as a Compliance Officer (Lifts team) on a Secondment/Fixed Term Basis until 12 February 2027 to support the team with a wide variety of tasks and activities. You will need to demonstrate a genuine interest in, and understanding of, social housing compliance and be ready to work in a team to provide support activity that will include administrative tasks, arranging access, resident queries, data entry and ensuring accurate data is held within Apex and other systems. You will be working with data and ensuring all information is reflected and maintained correctly in our records and systems as well as provide support to the Compliance Manager and provide project support to the team on key administrative projects as required. The role is based in our Croydon office and is offered on a hybrid model of work as agreed with your Line Manager. Starting date for this role is beginning of August 2026.
What you’ll need
- Experience of working within Asset Management or Compliance service, especially within a social housing environment is desirable
- Understanding of Compliance areas and requirements on housing organisations
- Experience of performance-based management through KPI’s in a customer focused environment
- Experience of managing and analysing large data sets, and ensuring taking responsibility for quality compliance data, and to produce management reports
- Experience with MS Office and excellent knowledge of excel and word applications
