Role Purpose
A great opportunity has emerged for a professional customer support supervisor to handle the day-to-day processing of customer accounts while ensuring proactive coordination both internally and externally. Developing working partnerships with main supply chain contacts for the client.
What we need from you
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with wholesale food retail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Cross-cultural communication experience.
- Good customer centre related software operation skills and related resource planning tool.
- Fluent speaker and writer in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Good project management and time management abilities.
- Comfortable looking at and acting on data.
- Capability to take ownership and operate under strict deadlines.
- A passion for all things food.
