Senior Biddable Media Manager

London – 3 office days a week. Salary – £48,000 – £50,000

The Opportunity

This is a high‑impact, specialist biddable role sitting at the heart of the agency’s digital offering.

You won’t be tied to a single account – instead, you’ll own and shape biddable strategy across a portfolio of global B2B clients, with plenty of room to influence, innovate and grow the function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading end‑to‑end biddable campaigns across paid search, paid social and programmatic
  • Acting as a strategic partner to clients, delivering insight‑led recommendations
  • Driving a strong test‑and‑learn culture across platforms, formats and audiences
  • Collaborating with planning and activation teams to integrate biddable into wider media strategies
  • Managing campaign performance, optimisation and reporting, presenting results with impact
  • Owning financial bookings, budget pacing and reconciliation
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing biddable campaigns within an agency environment
  • Strong background in paid social (especially LinkedIn) and a working knowledge of programmatic (DV360)
  • Solid understanding of Google Marketing Platform, GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience working in B2B environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • A confident communicator, able to present strategy and influence stakeholders
