Electrical Maintenance Technician

Electrical Maintenance Technician (Shift Role – 4 on / 4 off) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a large-scale, continuous process manufacturing environment operating 24/7. This is a key role within the site’s maintenance team, responsible for ensuring plant reliability, responding to breakdowns, and maintaining critical production equipment across multiple operational areas. Key Responsibilities: Respond to electrical breakdowns and carry out fault finding and repairs Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment in a live production environment Work on a wide range of systems including PLCs, drives, motors and control systems Carry out planned preventative maintenance and inspections Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with permit systems and procedures Support continuous improvement and operational reliability What We’re Looking For: Strong electrical maintenance background within industrial or manufacturing environments Experience with fault finding on complex plant equipment Knowledge of PLCs, drives, motors, and control systems Understanding of health & safety procedures in high-risk environments Ability to work shifts (4 on / 4 off, days and nights) What’s on Offer: Competitive salary shift allowance Long-term career stability within a large, established operation Ongoing training and development opportunities Exposure to complex, large-scale industrial systems41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15…
