Data Programme Lead

Job Title: Data Program Lead with Insurance Domain

Location: London

Hybrid working: The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale data programmes: Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Analytics, AIML aligned to insurance business objectives
• Oversee delivery of multi‑project portfolios across policy, claims, underwriting and customer data domains
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate insurance requirements into data solutions
• Drive data governance, quality and compliance (e.g., IRDAI, Solvency II, GDPR)
• Manage programme budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies
• Ensure integration of core insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.) with data and analytics ecosystems
• Lead cross‑functional teams including Data Engineers, architects and analysts

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of programme/project management experience with a strong focus on data initiatives
• Proven experience in the insurance domain (policy, claims, underwriting)
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms (ETL, ELT) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with Agile SAFE delivery models
