Overview

The Amazon Publisher Monetization Twitch organization’s mission is to maximize advertiser value and monetization for the publisher by delivering compelling, high‑impact ad experiences across Twitch and Amazon’s first‑party properties. Twitch’s unique combination of live user‑generated content, broad customer reach, and Amazon’s first‑party audience insights positions us to help global brand advertisers reach customers in meaningful, measurable ways.

We are looking for an experienced Principal Business Development Manager – Technical to help us grow and future‑proof Twitch Ads revenue internationally. This person will own a distinct growth motion within our International BDT team – either deepening our most strategic enterprise relationships, building a diversified, scaled advertiser base beyond our largest accounts, or incubating completely new revenue streams. This person will drive efforts to meet in‑year targets and operate 2–3 years ahead of current revenue, shaping the demand landscape before it becomes obvious.

The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial instinct, a builder’s mindset, and the ability to work across Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing to drive durable, high‑quality revenue growth. They will be responsible for defining and executing a business development strategy that complements product strategy, reduces revenue concentration risk, and expands Twitch Ads’ footprint across priority verticals and customer segments internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate revenue opportunities across our global video network, developing business cases for new offerings
  • Define and own the network packaging strategy, creating compelling product bundles that maximize value for both supply and demand partners
  • Design and execute global go‑to‑market strategies for network products, including pricing models and sales enablement
  • Lead strategic supply‑side partnerships that enhance our network offering
  • Develop multi‑year revenue growth strategies aligned with market opportunities
  • Drive executive‑level alignment on network strategy and revenue initiatives
  • Influence product roadmap to support packaging and GTM requirements
  • Own business reviews and strategic planning processes with senior leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
  • Experience in a professional field or military
  • Experience solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry
  • Experience in Go‑to‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
  • Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating and executing complex legal agreements
