Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. The role oversees revenue tracking, bonus detail management, and T&E support. The analyst assists with monthly revenue tracking, develops visualization dashboards, builds detailed modelling for quarterly bonus updates, partners with HR on Q1 payout, and manages T&E exceptions with an offshore team.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and refine revenue dashboards, providing project‑level insight.
  • Build bottoms‑up detailed bonus models and partner with HR for Q1 payout.
  • Act as first‑level reviewer of T&E exception escalation in partnership with another Senior Analyst.
  • Support relationships with corporate leaders, Sales Ops, Client Finance, HR, and offshoring teams.
  • Assist with monthly close, creating and reporting monthly & quarterly internal reports.
  • Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives and financial impacts.
  • Run ad‑hoc analyses and support board material preparation.
  • Drive efficiency through process automation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of FP&A / corporate finance experience.
  • Experience with revenue reporting, T&E, or bonus preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self‑motivated, intellectually curious, and independent. (Agile to change)
  • Experience with AI tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Domo, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience in business services or related industries is a plus.

Pay Range

$80,000 – $90,000 (depending on location and experience). Compensation determined by experience, skills, certifications, and location.
