Architectural Metalwork Contracts Manager | Lead Multi-Site

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a permanent Contracts Manager to oversee an annual project book of approximately £4 million across various high-spec residential and commercial schemes in North London. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the architectural metalwork sector, strong leadership skills, and a valid SMSTS and Black Manager’s CSCS Card.

Responsibilities include leading delivery of metalwork packages, managing site logistics, and acting as the primary contact for Tier 1 contractors and clients. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
