Job Description:

Littelfuse (NASDAQ: LFUS) is a diversified industrial technology manufacturing company shaping solutions for the safe and efficient transfer of electrical energy. The Product Engineering role is based in Chippenham and reports directly to the Product Marketing Engineering Manager. The position focuses on testing, analyzing, and supporting semiconductor products.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new and existing products to check performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Run qualification tests and create detailed data sheets for high‑voltage products (IGBTs, Thyristors, Diodes).
  • Carry out specialized or non‑standard tests based on customer requirements.
  • Write clear, thorough technical reports summarizing test methods and results.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer technical enquiries.
  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with teams across Littelfuse.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor or power‑electronics manufacturing.
  • Hands‑on experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic test equipment.
  • Experience working with electronic simulation software.
  • Creative thinker able to generate practical and innovative solutions.
  • Proactive self‑starter with a strong desire to learn and apply new concepts.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
