About The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive at RX Global, you will drive business growth and build meaningful connections with our customers, delivering tailored solutions that add value through world‑class events and market‑leading digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable commercial growth by planning and delivering sales activity across live and digital products.
  • Build strong client insight using data to inform decisions and clearly demonstrate value.
  • Attract and convert new business through proactive prospecting, partnerships, and inbound leads.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, creating tailored solutions that support customer goals before, during, and after events.
  • Strengthen and expand customer relationships through inclusive, consultative, and engaging interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, finance, and show teams to deliver excellent outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Represent the organisation positively, ethically, and professionally across the industry.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, with a focus on customer value.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in person and digitally.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
  • Comfortable using data and insight to support conversations and decision‑making.
  • Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Curious and open to learning, with a willingness to try new approaches and improve continuously.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build inclusive, trusting relationships.
  • Experience in exhibitions, events, media, or B2B environments is helpful but not essential.
