Senior Project Leader
1.0 WTE permanent post within the Outpatient and Associated Services Directorate. Project management across a range of clinical services and multiple hospital sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage modernisation and quality improvement projects across key specialties.
- Work closely with primary and secondary care colleagues.
- Directly manage project staff, including performance management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable Project Management qualification or experience.
- Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office; experience creating databases.
- Working knowledge of TRAK patient management system and Tableau dashboards is desirable.
Key Skills
- Organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with high accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including staff and performance management.
- Ability to work to deadlines, manage competing priorities and progress tasks independently.
- Understanding of outpatient service provision is beneficial.
