Senior Project Leader

1.0 WTE permanent post within the Outpatient and Associated Services Directorate. Project management across a range of clinical services and multiple hospital sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage modernisation and quality improvement projects across key specialties.
• Work closely with primary and secondary care colleagues.
• Directly manage project staff, including performance management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable Project Management qualification or experience.
• Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office; experience creating databases.
• Working knowledge of TRAK patient management system and Tableau dashboards is desirable.

• Organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including staff and performance management.
• Ability to work to deadlines, manage competing priorities and progress tasks independently.
• Understanding of outpatient service provision is beneficial.
