About the Company

This family‑run company manufactures bespoke vehicles for the defence and marine sector and is expanding its workshop team.

Role Overview

Full on‑the‑job training is provided to develop technical skills and, over time, you will mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintenance and fault finding on complex vehicles.
• Work Monday to Friday on day‑based schedules.
• Support progression within the workshop team.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong mechanical background.
• Experience with maintenance and fault finding of complex vehicles.
• Motorsport/Classic car experience is an advantage.
• Desire to develop technical skills and eventually mentor others.
