Job Summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Digital Hips Marketing Manager located in Leeds, United Kingdom. The role is part of the cross‑functional team responsible for launching and establishing Hip Enabling Technologies within the DPS International business’s Hip Platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the international strategy for Hip Enabling Technology Platforms and deliver tactical activities to support the Business Plan.
  • Partner with Hip product platform, HEMA, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to launch technology systems in target markets.
  • Define the clinical and health economic evidence strategy for new Hip Enabling Technology platforms.
  • Develop organizational design recommendations to support new platforms.
  • Represent international needs in product pipeline discussions with global marketing, R&D and supply chain teams.
  • Ensure International Business Planning aligns with launch plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders for each technology platform.
  • Collaborate with Regional Hip teams to plan launch and roll‑out within the portfolio.
  • Support Lighthouse Centre strategy and plans.
  • Partner closely with EMEA, APAC & LATAM Commercial Leaders and markets across the regions.
  • Work with Professional Education and Commercial Education teams to develop education plans supporting launch plans.
  • Champion health care compliance, quality & safety across all operations.
  • Quantify and ensure the quality, timeliness and cost‑effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Allocate marketing resources to maximize strategic impact.
  • Create communications, research and public relations plans to support the strategic plan.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to the annual budget.
  • Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Deep expertise in orthopedics, ideally in hip technology.
  • Experience within clinical technology solutions, digital products and capital systems marketing.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience; global or regional experience preferred.
  • Experience in market development or value/demand creation through customer and market insights.
  • English required; other languages preferable.
