The Role
You will handle a broad range of high-quality private client matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Court of Protection matters (desirable)
You will also play an active role in client relationship management, business development, and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Significant experience within Private Client law
- Strong technical expertise across a broad private client caseload
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP desirable
- Commercially minded with a collaborative approach
