Responsibilities
- Lead a small site team to provide a quality, detail‑driven installation of new product.
- Provide servicing, rectification and technical support for legacy installations.
- Understand and work to GA layout drawings and feedback.
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to provide smooth installation.
- Be prepared to travel to site with flexibility including overnight stays where required.
- Have a general understanding of site health and safety requirements.
- Use any plant, lift and equipment that contributes to the installation of the job, staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the industry.
- Assist the factory fit‑out team when not out on site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading a team to complete defined requirements and end goals.
- Fitting experience with a mechanical focus and relevant qualifications a desirable.
- Certification in relevant fields such as CSCS, PASMA, etc.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, and design specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, the client, and other site teams.
- Problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Strong time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
