Resource Manager (shifts) – Kings Cross, East Side Offices
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individualwho can:-
Ensure sufficientTrainCrew are provided to run the services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal delays to trains.
To work with a team of Resource Managers wherenecessaryto ensure that any shortfalls are avoided balancing resources through other provisions.
To ensure that the Crews are kept updated in real time to reflectTrainCrews booking on, as well as actual workundertakenduring shifts, including in times of disruption.
To work within a team of Resource Managers, managing the day-to-dayoperationsat relevant depots that will provide a safe,reliableand punctualtrainservice meeting customerexpectations.
Accessibility: 37 hour week but you must be able to work variable shifts: – Earlies: 07:00 -14:00 / Lates: 14:00- 23:00 / Nights: 23:00 – 07:00
Do you also possess the following skills?
- Planning and organisation to demanding timescales
- High IT literacy interpreting data and understanding trends including use of Trust, Sheila, Bugle, Genius, MS Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with theability to influence and persuade
- Support and assist your team to consistently deliver high levels of performance
