About the Opportunity

Senior Solutions Engineer leading technical strategy for high‑stakes, enterprise-level deals.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for 6–7‑figure enterprise opportunities, navigating stakeholder environments, competitive pressures, and sophisticated buying processes.
• Drive advanced technical discovery, uncover pain points and differentiation opportunities.
• Host technical workshops aligning solutions to business outcomes.
• Architect and execute Proof of Value plans that secure technical selection over competitors.
• Partner closely with Account Executives on deal strategy, bringing competitive intelligence and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Pre‑Sales, with 3+ years leading technical strategy on high‑complexity enterprise deals.
• Proficient in modern development stacks: Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), RESTful APIs, SQL, and some mobile development.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as Codex or Claude.
• Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation, CDPs, eCommerce systems, analytics, or data engineering.
• Excellent discovery, requirement gathering, and executive communication skills.
• Executive presence and ability to handle objections and provide strategic insights.

Benefits

• Base salary £86,400–£129,600 GBP plus OTE, equity, sign‑on, and comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits.
