Location: East London | Salary: £50,000 + Overtime | Hours: Monday – Friday (Days) | Training and Progression Available.

Job Role: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join a fast‑paced, highly automated FMCG manufacturing site. As a Maintenance Planner, you will support the engineering function by planning and coordinating all maintenance activities across the site. You will ensure both preventive and reactive maintenance is scheduled effectively to maximise uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Planning maintenance tasks.
• Managing CMMS systems.
• Coordinating engineering resources.
• Liaising closely with production teams to minimise disruption.

Qualifications

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner with a manufacturing or factory background.
• Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Previous hands‑on experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating maintenance in a fast‑paced environment.

Desirable

• FMCG manufacturing experience.
• CMMS system experience.
