We are hiring Forklift Drivers (Reach or Counterbalance)to work on the day or night shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire Shift: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday toSaturday Hours: 07.00 to 18.00 or 18.00 to 05.00 Pay rate: D ays £13.47 basicOvertime at £20.21 after 45 hours worked Nights £14.37 basic Overtime at £21.55after 45 hours worked Key Responsibilities: Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficiently Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
Move goods around siteand load trailers Follow company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
