Job Overview

Account Supervisor – Client Services – Toronto, VML (WPP). This pivotal role runs the digital presence of an iconic automotive client, bridging client relationships, strategy, and flawless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Primary day‑to‑day contact for the client, building a trusted partnership focused on their digital ecosystem.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end management and continuous updating of the client’s digital properties (websites, platforms, content rollouts).
  • Partner with digital strategy, UX/UI, creative, and development teams for seamless collaboration and exceptional digital outputs.
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets for multiple concurrent digital workstreams, ensuring timely delivery on strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize user experience and grow digital footprint, proposing innovative solutions.
  • Lead client status meetings, digital performance reviews, and presentations.
  • Mitigate risks proactively, flagging potential technical or timeline issues early and proposing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior account team members.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of account management experience in an agency or digital environment, focus on digital platforms and website management.
  • Proven experience on large‑scale, complex accounts; automotive industry a strong asset.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, content management systems, and the digital production lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex information into clear narratives.
  • Strategic mindset with detail‑oriented execution; ability to manage precision of daily content updates.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships, earning trust through responsiveness, expertise, and judgment.
  • Collaborative, solutions‑first attitude comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary range:$45,000—$95,000CAD. Additional compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

Hybrid work model: teams in the office an average of four days a week; accommodations and flexibility can be discussed.
