What you’ll do:
- Competent to assemble Fuel pumps and canisters to close tolerance.
- Ability to strip parts down and identify root cause for test failures.
- Ability to test components using both manual and automatic test rigs.
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions including layouts and drawings.
- To assemble sub/main assemblies of electromechanical assemblies after required training.
- Complete, maintain and understand work records, route cards, including electrical records.
- To maintain a clean and tidy environment consistent with the high standards of quality and care required by the company.
- Instruct and five training when required.
Qualifications:
- Apprenticeship served or equivalent preferred.
Skills:
- Aircraft Soldering experience.
- Testing of completed assemblies in both fuel and water.
- Mechanical build experience.
- Electrical build experience.
