Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing / FMCG) (BBBH25502A) – Lutterworth, England

Salary: £45,000 – £47,000 per annum. Overtime paid at 1.5x. Monday to Friday shift pattern. Training and qualifications provided.

We are a well-established maintenance subcontractor supplying services to a leading distribution facility. This role will primarily involve maintenance of production machinery, including automated conveyors and electrical control panels. Responsibilities include pre‑planned maintenance, facilities maintenance, contractor supervision, and occasional breakdown/emergency call‑outs.

The Role

• Pre‑planned maintenance and troubleshooting
• Investment in training and qualifications
• Emergency on‑call rota (1 week in 4); overtime paid at 1.5x

The Person

• Maintenance Engineer or equivalent
• Background in manufacturing or production facilities
• Commutable to Lutterworth
