Hybrid Claims Team Lead – Motor Insurance

Tesco Insurance and Money Services in Newcastle is recruiting a Claims Team Leader for our Customer Settlement team on a 12-month FTC (36 hours).

You will lead and develop a team of Claims Handlers to deliver proactive, cost-effective claims management and exceptional customer service. The role begins with six months of onsite training in Newcastle; thereafter it moves to a hybrid model, with at least two days in the Newcastle office. Salary starts at £33,040 to £41,300 DOE, with benefits.
