Care Centre Director – Responsibilities

You will lead and manage the full clinical and operational teams, ensuring excellent care is delivered and maintained, and ensuring quality and financial targets are met.
As the Care Centre Director at The Bridge, you will have overall leadership and management responsibility of the service, regulatory compliance, leading the multidisciplinary team, and be responsible for operational performance whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with stakeholders and referrers.
- Lead the development of quality healthcare services that respond to the changing needs of stakeholders, reflect market trends and evidence-based practice.
