The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
Assist pupils with additional learning needs and SEN
Work alongside experienced teachers and the SENCO
Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
Gain hands-on classroom experience ideal for aspiring teachers

The successful graduate will be:
Passionate about working with children
Caring, proactive, and enthusiastic
Considering a future career in education or psychology
A confident communicator with a positive attitude
Previous child-based experience is desirable but not essential
