As a Children’s Behaviour Teaching Assistant you will: Provide tailored support for students with challenging behavior on a 1:1 or group basis.
Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behavior strategies and personalized plans.
As a Children’s Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will have: Experience in supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behavior.
A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
