Job Description:

Chief Integration & Transformation Officer

Location: UK-based with international remit

Contract type: Permanent

Reports to: CEO

A newly created, high-impact role at the heart of a PE-backed, buy‑and‑build TIC group operating across the UK, US, Ireland, and Italy. As Chief Integration & Transformation Officer, you will shape how the organisation grows – and how its people come with it.

This is a people-first leadership mandate: turning acquisitions into a cohesive, high-performing group while protecting accreditation integrity, client trust, and the culture that underpins a regulated, people-intensive services business.

The mandate

  • Lead end-to-end integration for all acquisitions, from diligence through to full operational merger
  • Build and refine a group integration playbook tailored to regulated TIC environments
  • Drive multi-year transformation programmes that standardise operating models and rationalise duplicated functions
  • Act as a visible, credible change leader across multiple geographies and professional communities
  • Build and lead a high-performing transformation office
  • Partner closely with the CTPO on technology, ERP harmonisation, and AI-enabled service improvement
  • Provide executive oversight on accreditation continuity, working with established governance teams
  • Serve as a key interface with the PE sponsor and provide clear, confident reporting to the Board

What you bring

  • A proven track record of complex buy‑and‑build integration in PE-backed or listed environments
  • Deep experience in people- and client-centric services businesses
  • Strong commercial judgement and investor fluency
  • Experience leading large-scale change with genuine adoption, not just implementation
  • Comfort operating in regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience with TUPE, organisational redesign, and workforce transition
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
  • Desirable: TIC or professional services background, multi-jurisdiction leadership, technology transformation exposure, and familiarity with accreditation or certification environments.

Who this suits

A senior leader who thrives in complexity, reads the room instinctively, and understands that integration is as much about psychology as process. Someone collaborative, commercially sharp, and energised by building a group that is genuinely greater than the sum of its parts.

At Amtivo, we are dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where authenticity thrives. We believe that true collaboration stems from valuing every individual’s unique perspective and experience. Our commitment to agility empowers us to adapt and innovate, driving superior performance.
