We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Manager to accelerate our international business development efforts and help expand our commercial reach across Europe, Asia, and beyond.

About the Role

As Inside Sales Manager, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and nurturing new business opportunities for our full‑service clinical operations. Working remotely from anywhere in Europe, you will partner closely with our global business development team to create robust lead pipelines and convert high‑potential prospects into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and develop inbound and outbound leads across global biotech and pharmaceutical markets.
  • Identify new target accounts and drive engagement through structured outreach campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and influence early‑stage opportunity development.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Directors and operational experts to support proposal development and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and forecasting.
  • Represent the CRO’s capabilities with confidence, professionalism, and scientific credibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development within a CRO or life sciences environment.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Commercially curious with the ability to understand and articulate full‑service CRO offerings.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Mandarin language skills are highly desirable to support strategic expansion into the Chinese market and engage effectively with potential clients in the region.
