Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the Sales team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Develop robust sales plans to maximise occupancy and uncover new business opportunities.
- Use market data to stay ahead of competitors.
- Lead high‑stake negotiations and enterprise level deals.
- Mentor team members to peak performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving occupancy and revenue in commercial property or real estate.
- Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and meeting rigorous KPIs.
- Expertise in the sales funnel, from lead generation to lease execution.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
