Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the Sales team to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Develop robust sales plans to maximise occupancy and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Use market data to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Lead high‑stake negotiations and enterprise level deals.
  • Mentor team members to peak performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of driving occupancy and revenue in commercial property or real estate.
  • Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and meeting rigorous KPIs.
  • Expertise in the sales funnel, from lead generation to lease execution.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
