Life Sciences Consultant – Pricing & Market Access

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients and teams to address critical strategic questions in the biopharmaceutical space.
  • Conduct complex problem‑solving through a hypothesis‑based approach.
  • Create templated outputs to support overall project deliverables.
  • Manage straightforward projects or workstreams with moderate oversight.
  • Create and utilize analytic tools, such as forecast models, to support key decision‑making.
  • Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.
  • Assume oversight of multiple workstreams and provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projects.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, supporting them through complex projects or difficult client situations.

Requirements

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with pricing & market access (Global, EU, or US) related client projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership or initiative in any setting.
  • Ability to seek and provide support for more complex projects or difficult client situations.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years of experience in life sciences consulting.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about business and healthcare strategy.
  • Shows enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team‑based environment.
  • Uses a highly analytical approach to solving complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Hybrid work model with a 50% in‑office expectation in our London office.
