I’m proud to be partnering with Westons Cider to recruit an On Trade Regional Account Manager across the Essex and Kent Postcodes in the South East, an important territory for one of the UK’s most loved, family owned cider producers.

The Role
- Drive distribution, visibility and advocacy of Westons brands across key on trade accounts.
- Build strong relationships with RTMs, field sales teams and regional customers.
- Secure new listings while protecting and enhancing existing distribution.
- Ensure outlets have the right POS, equipment and support to showcase the range brilliantly.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver against sales, revenue and profit targets.
The Person
- Drinks industry experience, ideally with on trade exposure.
- Confident, personable and commercially sharp.
- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally.
- Organised, proactive and results focused with a positive, ‘can do’ approach.
- Thrives in a field based role and enjoys being out in trade.
