Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead commercial and customer success operations to deliver on 2026 business must achieve objective and beyond.

The COO will support the CEO/Management Team by owning commercial and customer success functional management responsibility to support with bandwidth and accelerating organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial & Sales Support

  • Lead the VSAI account teams to deliver on 2026 numbers and beyond
  • Accelerate the go to market plan
  • Sales management – support the sales team with business development effectiveness

2. Customer Success & Support

  • Ensure strong governance across all partnership deliveries
  • Manage and scale a world-class delivery organization serving pharma clients across the world
  • Responsible for retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor client health and churn signals, proactively managing pharma stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in senior life science leadership, ideally within Pharma Tech/B2B SaaS for life sciences.
  • Proven ability to scale SaaS/ Pharma Professional Services.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience structuring SaaS deals for pharma/biotech clients.
  • Track record of building P&L-positive operations and optimizing SaaS performance metrics.
  • Experience in fast-growth environments, from early-stage scaling through global expansion.
