Overview

Job title: Corporate and Commercial Knowledge Lawyer (PSL)  |  Location: Kent  |  Salary: £70k-£90k – depending on experience  |  PQE Level: 7+  |  Contract Type: Permanent  |  Working Hours: Full-time

A highly regarded Corporate and Commercial team in the South East is seeking an experienced Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join its established practice. With the opportunity to work at the heart of a top-tier team, supporting high-quality, complex matters.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain precedents, practice notes and know-how resources to keep the team at the forefront of legal and market developments.
  • Contribute to client-facing materials, thought leadership and internal training initiatives.
  • Utilise expertise in Corporate, Commercial and Finance law to work closely with partners and fee earners.
  • Deliver training, support professional development, and drive best practice across the department.
  • Shape knowledge strategy and contribute to innovation, including legal tech and AI projects.

Qualifications

  • Professional Support Lawyer with substantial experience in Corporate, Commercial and Finance law.
  • Strong ability to develop precedents, practice notes and know-how for a large team.
  • Experience in training delivery and cross-functional collaboration with partners and fee earners.
