Head of School — Transformational Education Leader

Our Head of School will:

• Have recent and relevant experience as a Deputyor Assistant Head
• Be an effective and experienced senior leaderwith excellent management and organisational skills
• Be able to lead transformational change, workingat pace alongside governors and staff
• Have sound knowledge of education best practiceand be able to challenge and support to ensure high quality teaching andlearning
• Monitor progress and performance to ensure everychild and every member of staff achieves their best
• Be innovative, working in partnership with ourcommunity, with neighbouring schools as part of the Federation and Hove ClusterPartnership and with the Local Authority
• Be committed to equality and able to tacklebarriers to learning and well-being
• Have a holistic focus on children’s well-beingto ensure a safe and inspirational learning environment
