If you love the outdoors and enjoy meeting new people, this role offers a rewarding way to be part of our guest experience.Key Responsibilities– Greet andassistguests upon arrival, ensuring they are settled and comfortable on their pitch.–Maintaincleanliness and upkeep of touring facilities, including showers, toilets, and communal areas.– Provide helpful information about the park and surrounding area, answering any guest queries.– Ensure pitches are kept tidy and prepared for new arrivals, supporting a clean and welcoming environment.– Conduct regular checks of the touring area tomaintainsafety and address any maintenance issues.Requirements– Experience in a customer service role is beneficial.– Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working in an outdoor setting.–Strong communicationskills with a passion for helping guests.– Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.– A team player who can adapt to dynamic, guest-focused environments.
