Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.– £40,000 Monday – Friday | 08:30 – 17:30 Job Summary: A workshop / office based position focused on pre-commissioning Microsoft Teams Room systems, AV & IT devices in preparation for installation.
Key Responsibilities:– To attend reactive service calls to diagnose and resolve issues with AV systems.
– Provisioning and configuring Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, and UC collaboration systems– Configuring AV peripherals including cameras, microphones, soundbars, displays, and room controllers– Applying network configurations including IP addressing, firmware updates, and device naming– Testing systems to ensure reliable audio, video, and network performance– Producing and maintaining accurate technical documentation including IP/MAC records and configuration notes– Supporting installation, programming, commissioning, and project teams throughout project delivery– Assisting with customer queries relating to system setup and operation when required Qualities and Skills Required:– Full UK Driving License. xwzovoh
