Location: Crowne Plaza Belfast, 117 Milltown Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT8 7XP.
Full time – £14.50 per hour.
About the role
As an F&B Supervisor you will lead shift operations in the Food & Beverage outlets, support the Conference & Banqueting Department, maintain brand standards and deliver excellent guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the shift, ensuring service standards and operational targets are met.
- Manage staff, provide coaching, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints effectively.
- Monitor beverage and food preparation to meet company standards.
- Support the Head of Department in their absence, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Track department targets and report on performance.
Required qualifications
- Experience in a Food & Beverage role.
- Proven supervisory experience with a hands‑on approach.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desired qualifications
- Hospitality supervisory experience.
- At least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
