Location: Crowne Plaza Belfast, 117 Milltown Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT8 7XP.

Full time – £14.50 per hour.

About the role

As an F&B Supervisor you will lead shift operations in the Food & Beverage outlets, support the Conference & Banqueting Department, maintain brand standards and deliver excellent guest service.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the shift, ensuring service standards and operational targets are met.
  • Manage staff, provide coaching, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Monitor beverage and food preparation to meet company standards.
  • Support the Head of Department in their absence, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Track department targets and report on performance.

Required qualifications

  • Experience in a Food & Beverage role.
  • Proven supervisory experience with a hands‑on approach.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desired qualifications

  • Hospitality supervisory experience.
  • At least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
