Are you a hands‑on marketing leader who knows what it takes to scale an SME from £10m to £20m+?
We’re looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to build momentum, create predictable pipeline, and turn strategy into revenue‑driving execution.
This role sits at the centre of a growing digital transformation and content management business, working with mid‑market and enterprise clients. With strong backing and entering a key growth phase, this is an opportunity to shape and scale a modern marketing engine.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the marketing function, driving end‑to‑end strategy and execution.
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy for a growing B2B tech business
- Drive demand generation across SEO, PPC, email, social, webinars, events, and content
- Build and lead a small, high‑performing team alongside external agencies
- Optimise channel performance with a clear focus on ROI
- Partner closely with Sales and Leadership to grow pipeline and revenue
- Manage and forecast budgets with a data‑led approach
- Support GTM and content strategy across key technology sectors
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience scaling an SME / mid‑market B2B tech business (ideally £10m → £20m+)
- Strong background across SaaS, Digital, AI, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
- Deep demand generation and digital marketing capability
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on
- Experience managing budgets up to ~£40k per month
- Commercial mindset with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue
- Experience leading small teams and managing agencies
- A practical, growth‑focused approach
