General Manager required for our independent automotive group client.
Our Client based in Nottingham, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their Service Centre.
Benefits:
– Basic salary: £50,000– OTE: £60,000+– Senior leadership role with real autonomy– Multi-site responsibility within a respected independent group– Monday–Friday working week with alternate Saturdays
Specification:
– Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business– A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success– Evidence of a steady and progressive career path– Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Responsibilities:
– Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff– Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership– Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer– Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.
For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £50,000, with OTE £60,000.
